The SV Ö, Austrian Association for German Shepherd Dogs,
is the largest pedigree dog association in Austria.
At the center of our work is the German Shepherd Dog

We see the breeding of the German Shepherd and the training of dogs as our main tasks. In Austria we are the only relevant association for the German Shepherd Dog.
With our numerous local groups, we serve the entire country.
We are a member of all national and international organizations that deal with dogs in general and the German Shepherd in particular (e.g. ÖKV, FCI, WUSV etc.). In accordance with the size of our association and the importance of the German Shepherd Dog, we work constructively in these organizations and carry out our tasks in the committees responsibly.
